Professor.E offers a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that certain archive or experimental pieces may be marked as final sale and ineligible for return.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and specify your reason for return.
Package Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.
Shipment
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection & Refund
Once our studio inspects the garment for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
